Xcelerate Solutions helps the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) oversee the Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives funded by the IC and the Chief Information Officer on the Trident program.

Our team aided the ODNI in developing and maintaining an integrated Master Schedule for the Business Transformation Organization’s (BTO) internal and external initiatives in order to analyze the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and relevant Federal government Return on Investment (ROI).

On the heels of our analysis, we stood up, facilitated, and managed the first-ever IC-wide Investment Review Board (IRB). Our IRB was instrumental in the establishment of standards for integrating complex systems that helped Federal government customers achieve significant efficiencies in IT investments.
