For the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) program, Xcelerate Solutions helped the DoD replace the legacy Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) system with a secure, end-to-end IT system and process that transformed how personnel security, HSPD-12 and suitability data were collected, reviewed, and shared.

Xcelerate developed a robust transformation roadmap that integrated the key lifecycles of acquisition, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, technical management, and product realization.
