Supporting the Personnel Vetting, Background Investigation, and Adjudication Mission

The DCSA Personnel Security Management Office for Industry (PSMO-I) is responsible for safeguarding National Security interests as related to the personnel vetting of the Industrial contractor base. Xcelerate provided administrative and analytical support in researching, reviewing, and processing personnel vetting and background investigation (BI) documentation and performing analysis to support timely recommendations to Facility Security Officers (FSO).
Xcelerate provides comprehensive personnel security support services to the DCSA Vetting Risks Operations (VRO) and the Department of Defense (DoD) Consolidated Adjudications Facility (CAF) to ensure government and contractor personnel meet the suitability and security standards to gain and maintain access to information pertinent to national security. Xcelerate is responsible for providing holistic personnel clearance oversight, including, but not limited to, end-to-end vetting, data management and integration, caseload optimization, and insider threat.
THE SECURE RESULTS WE DELIVERED.
Xcelerate assisted the Government in standing up the Continuous Evaluation (CE) capability within DoD, scaling it from a small pilot to a fully functional program. As this was a new mission for DoD, we assisted in the integration and development of the business processes and metrics to ensure successful and efficient analysis and processing of all CE flagged records. This experience provides Xcelerate a truly unique understanding and insight into effective CE/Continuous Vetting programs which is readily transferable to other agencies.
