In his role as VP of Capture & Sales Operations, Leo Patino leads enterprise capture governance and operational discipline across the opportunity lifecycle. He partners with Business Development, Business Units, and executive leadership to ensure opportunities are qualified, resourced, and advanced with the appropriate level of rigor based on size, risk, and strategic importance. He is responsible for implementing and integrating capture activities across Xcelerate’s diverse lines of business, including leading the development and execution of capture campaigns built upon comprehensive strategies for customer engagement, teaming, solution development, pricing strategy, staffing, and overall win strategy.
In 2022, Leo was recognized by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals as a “40 under 40” awardee for his significant contributions to Xcelerate and the overall government contracting industry. Leo maintains a PMP certification and earned his M.S. in the Management of Information Technology (MSMIT) from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.
