In his role as VP of Strategic Capture, Leo Patino leads Xcelerate Solutions’ critical opportunity capture initiatives, working with the business development and delivery teams to drive strategic and sustainable growth. He is responsible for implementing and integrating capture activities across Xcelerate’s diverse lines of business, including leading the development and execution of capture campaigns built upon comprehensive strategies for customer engagement, teaming, solution development, pricing strategy, staffing, and overall win strategy.
In 2022, Leo was recognized by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals as a “40 under 40” awardee for his significant contributions to Xcelerate and the overall government contracting industry. Leo maintains a PMP certification and has completed his Generative AI for Proposals certification. He earned his MS in the Management of Information Technology (MSMIT) from the University of Virginia and a BS in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.
