Prior to joining Xcelerate, Jennifer held senior leadership roles at NTT DATA Services, most recently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. Her extensive career also includes key positions at industry leaders such as BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, and Engility Corporation, where she consistently built and led high-performing teams and developed scalable, forward-thinking workforce solutions.
