Frank Carzo is responsible for growth and capture activities within Xcelerate Solutions’ national security portfolio. Frank has been with Xcelerate for over 15 years, collaborating extensively with senior leadership to establish the go-to-market strategy for Department of War and Intelligence Community clients. He has been recognized as a leading industry partner by system integrators and agency customers across the federal market for his achievements in delivering state-of-the-art digital solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise security solution offerings.
Frank has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, capture, and operations, spanning both the federal and commercial sectors. Before joining Xcelerate, Frank served in multiple strategic roles with Xerox Corporation and was selected by leadership as one of the top sales specialists in the country to implement Global Outsourcing solutions critical to the overall corporate strategy. He was responsible for developing and integrating managed services offerings, managing teams of sales representatives, and assisting with the consolidation of acquired companies’ client and solution portfolios.
Frank holds a BA in Sociology from James Madison University.
