As the Executive VP of Strategic Capture at Xcelerate Solutions, Bill Shaw is responsible for driving the company’s continued growth and supporting related strategic initiatives throughout the organization. He works closely with Xcelerate executive leadership to enhance go-to-market efforts, lead complex deal execution activities and strategy, and foster new and existing client relationships.
Bill has over 25 years of experience in federal sales, business development, capture, and operations. Before joining Xcelerate, Bill led IBM’s integrated cross-brand business for the Department of Defense, a role in which he was responsible for sales strategy, execution, business results, and client satisfaction across all IBM offerings for the Department. Similar to his current position at Xcelerate, Bill was also accountable for IBM’s strategic growth and for supporting operational innovations across the organization, including in its consulting, technology services, software, hardware, and financing functions.
Bill holds a BA in International Politics from Penn State University.
