Doug Kollme is a seasoned financial executive with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in fast-growing technology and government services companies. As CFO of Xcelerate Solutions, Doug offers extensive expertise in strategic financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity to support the company’s mission-driven growth and national security efforts.
Doug has served as CFO at several well-known companies, including Buffalo Group, InfoZen, and Acentia—each achieving substantial growth under his financial leadership. Throughout his career, Doug has led mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $600 million in total, raised enterprise-wide capital, and built high-performing finance organizations designed to scale. He is passionate about building collaborative, agile teams and enabling operational excellence.
In his role at Xcelerate, Doug oversees all aspects of financial operations and strategy, driving performance, compliance, and long-term value creation. His ability to align financial vision with business strategy makes him a key partner to executive leadership as the company continues to expand its presence across the federal contracting landscape.
Doug holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
