Since 2020, VMD, an Xcelerate Company, has successfully partnered with TSA and MCI to scale passenger and baggage screening operations to meet a 57% increase in enplanements. As part of the Screening Partnership Program (SPP), we leverage state-of-the-art technologies and processes to improve threat detection, making travel safer while keeping wait times minimal. Our dedicated facilities include a new state-of-the-art terminal with modern screening technology, a centralized baggage screening system, and an On-Screen Alarm Resolution Protocol (OSARP) room. Due in part to our exemplary services, MCI was recognized as the #4 Airport in JD Power’s 2025 Customer Satisfaction Index Ranking for Large Category Airports.
