As CDO of Xcelerate Solutions, Mike Brokaw leads the company’s federal delivery operations, ensuring mission-critical programs are executed with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation. With a career spanning over 25 years, Mike brings deep expertise in critical infrastructure protection, application development, cybersecurity, and IT modernization to support the complex needs of federal clients.
Prior to its 2024 merger with Xcelerate, Mike was a founding member of VMD Corp and played a pivotal role in its growth and success. Since its inception in 2002, he led delivery efforts for VMD’s largest federal programs, helping agencies meet evolving technical and security demands while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client-first thinking.
Before VMD, Mike served as Director of Strategy Consulting Services at Etensity, a software development and consulting firm. There, he led efforts to advise clients on strategic digital transformation and organizational growth. He also played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s business model from traditional project-based engagements to a scalable technology outsourcing strategy.
