As COO, Dave Kapusta provides executive leadership and direction to support the continued growth and operations of Xcelerate Solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and synergy of operations, resources, and capabilities. He drives operational excellence across all aspects of the enterprise, ensuring mission objectives are fully synchronized to support growth and performance to ensure the organization’s infrastructure operates efficiently in a dynamic federal services environment.
Dave brings a strong track record of operational leadership and transformational success. He began his career with distinguished service as a U.S. Air Force Officer. Prior to joining Xcelerate, he held management and executive-level positions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand before serving as COO and President of various operating units within NTT DATA Federal. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, coupled with his deep operational acumen, has been pivotal in successfully integrating the capabilities of Xcelerate.
With a career spanning several decades, Dave contributes extensive experience across information technology, systems implementation and integration, program execution, and federal contract management to the Xcelerate enterprise.
Dave holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
