Brief Description: The RS3 Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract’s objective is to provide ACC-APG customers, other Program Executive Offices (PEOs), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies with knowledge based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)-related needs.

Scope of Contract: Technical support areas included under C4ISR-related needs include:

Engineering Services – Services or work requiring the application of engineering special knowledge and principles in consulting, investigation, evaluation, planning, design, and development.
Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Services – Services directed toward the innovation, introduction, and improvement of products and processes for C4ISR requirements.
Logistics Services – Logistics functions and tasks during the development, production, and sustainment phases of a C4ISR-system life cycle.
Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services – Services related to Financial and Administrative Support (e.g., Accounting, Budget Analysis, HR, Public Affairs) and/or Planning and Program Management (e.g., Contract Planning, Policy and Regulation Development, Technical Requirements Development)
Education and Training Services – Services for training, education, and exercise support for C4ISR-related requirements.
