Brief Description: clearAvenue, and Xcelerate Solutions Company,  is one of ten awardees of the Defense Enterprise HR Applications and Data Services (DEHRADS) Multi-Award (MA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This agreement seeks to provide a broad range of enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management to the Defense Human Resource Activity (DHRA), its component the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), its parent agency the Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal agencies.

Scope of Contract: DEHRADS includes a wide range of IT services. It is the successor to the Interoperability Technology & Program Services (ITPS) BPA, but has increased in scope from interoperability to modernization, identity-forward access management, and cybersecurity, with a focus on achieving Zero Trust.
