Joy Williams, Vice President of Talent Acquisition – Joy is a strategic leader in talent acquisition, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering top talent to major federal contractors in the Defense and Intelligence communities. Joy leads Xcelerate’s robust talent acquisition staff and oversees the full scope of talent acquisition, developing and implementing the most effective strategies and processes to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional talent to meet the needs of Xcelerate’s diverse Federal customer base.
Leo Patino, Vice President of Capture & Proposal Management – Leo brings nearly 10 years of experience across the federal acquisition landscape, leading and managing the formulation, communication, and implementation of integrated Capture & Proposal strategies. Leo is responsible for the development and execution of capture campaigns that include customer and stakeholder engagement, teaming, solution development, and overall win strategy. He also oversees proposal development, ensuring messaging, solution, and pricing are compliant and compelling and incorporate all elements of the strategy.
Melissa Hawks, Vice President of Finance – Melissa brings more than 20 years of widely diversified expertise in financial reporting and analysis, cash management, and functional accounting with a concentration in the Federal contracting space. Melissa is responsible for operational and strategic leadership of Xcelerate Solutions’ accounting, finance, budgeting, and treasury functions. She partners with the team to align strategic initiatives, maximize profits, and plan for and manage all financial aspects of Xcelerate’s corporate growth.
Suzanne Nikolaus, Vice President of Human Resources (HR) – With more than 20 years of HR experience, Suzanne manages all areas of HR operations including policy development, benefits management, compensation, training, employee and organizational development, legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, communications, and HR Information Systems. Suzanne is responsible for operational and strategic leadership of HR practices, policies, and programs that align personnel with organizational priorities and goals.
