McLean, VA – Xcelerate Solutions (Xcelerate) is pleased to announce that Danny Olmes, Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to President of Xcelerate. Danny will oversee all of Xcelerate’s daily operations and business functions, as well as retaining his COO duties. He will have responsibility for service delivery as well as Xcelerate’s core infrastructure, including Information Technology, Finance, Pricing, and Contracts.

Prior to Xcelerate, Danny was the Founder & President of Hellen Systems, a technology/ infrastructure start-up. Hellen Systems is primarily focused on protecting U.S. Critical Infrastructure (CI) through the development and deployment of enhanced LORAN (eLORAN) as an independent and resilient back-up for the Global Positioning System (GPS).
Danny has spent over 20 years in the Aerospace & Defense and Commercial industries specializing in multiple disciplines including business management, financial management and analysis, data analytics, supply chain management, and association management. He is an execution-focused professional and proven leader and is adept at driving efficiency at a corporate and operational level. He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to build and manage a wide range of relationships to drive business opportunities and enable organizational change.
